ear x tacy, Louisville, kentucky, independent record store

Ear X Tacy (gold)

A special, limited edition series for one of the country's best local
record shops. These prints were released on "National Record Store Day,
2010" and helped to raise funds for this local, independent store. The
artwork was inspired by a manhole cover near the store that reminded me
of a vinyl record. In keeping with the theme of records and record
sales, the prints were divided into 35 black "vinyl" records (black
ink), 10 "gold" records (metalilc gold ink), and 5 "platinum" records
(metallic platinum ink).
